- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff are always friendly but you really have to be on top of them to get the correct care for your parent. (in example, I come in on a Tuesday and my mother had not been showered since Thursday and she's supposed to get them twice a week. The nurse on staff took about 10 minutes to try and decipher the shower log book which didn't help much since it told me what I already knew).
