- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Though the hourly rate is $160, our insurance was billed at an hourly rate of $400. Since this provider is not in-network with any insurance, our insurance only covered $29 a session, and we ended up paying almost $200 for each one-hour appointment. Credit cards are not accepted. (We were billed for more time than our scheduled appointment; I think she bills like an attorney, where you're paying just to talk to her after the scheduled appointment.) It took almost two months before we even knew how much each session was going to cost; the office kept trying to have us schedule appointments before we found out how much it was going to cost for each session. We were only given partial results of the first evaluation, and after that, we had to pay for any copies of medical records from her office. The staff was rude, although Dr. Ludwig was always friendly. I would never recommend this office.November 01, 2017by Cape Citizen
